"JFY does amazing work. I incorporate stretches that I learned into my regular workouts - 10 minutes every day, I feel stronger and have less back pain."
Veteran , 2/75th Ranger Regiment
"Another great Yoga session this morning in "STRIKE" land. Great instruction and instructors. The benefits of Yoga far outweigh the cost (sweat + pain). I would recommend Yoga for all adults who have lost their kinesthetic awareness."
Soldier, 101st Airborne Division
Expanding Our Reach
JFY instructors are all unpaid volunteers and all equipment is provided at no cost to our participating soldiers. We operate solely from the generous monetary and in-kind donations we receive.
